At the latest negotiations of the «Norman Quartet», President of Ukraine ended up with the accusations of civilians of Donbass.

Relevant details were revealed by Alexey Chesnakov, the director of the Center for Current Politics, in an interview with the «Moskovsky Komsomolets».

‘It is a well-known tactics in the talks, the replacement of the agenda. Cynically? Yes. But it is no more cynical than the fact that Ukraine, according to participants in the negotiations, this time came to accuse residents of Lugansk, who, by the way, it considers its citizens but does not pay them any social benefits, that they do not pay for the water supplied to the city from the territory of Ukraine. Poroshenko asked his partners by the «Norman format» to help recover from the population of Lugansk 270 million UAH. His outraged partners asked him to address these issues as they should be addressed, in the framework of the Minsk Economic Working Group. However, its activities are blocked by the Ukrainian side because of the hindrances to the formal status of the DPR representative,’ said the political scientist.
