The Ukrainian military shelled the kindergarten N 11 in Dokuchaevsk this afternoon, a fire broke out. This was reported by the head of the city administration, Alexander Kachanov. 

‘Around 13:00, an explosive shell of the AFU flew in a window of kindergarten N 11, there was a fire. There were children at the time of the shelling,’ the source said. 

According to him, only ‘by a miracle there were no casualties’. Kachanov added that the fire had been eliminated very quickly.
