About 400 homes were de-energized as a result of the night shelling of Elenovka by the Ukrainian military, reported a representative of the local administration. 

‘The night passed uneasily, six streets were de-energized because of the shelling, it's about 300-400 houses. There have not yet been any destruction or casualties suffered among the civilian population,’ said the representative of the administration.
