Ukraine declared once again its unwillingness to perform the Minsk agreement as, allegedly, they have lost the power of international law.

It was stated, in particular, by Zorian Shkiryak, the advisor to the head of the Interior Ministry of Ukraine, on air of the TV channel 112.

‘We must frankly say that the Minsk Agreements have not, for a long time, met the standards of international law which would enable Russian aggressors today to stop the war in Ukraine. We must understand that all these terrorist attacks carried out by the Russian troops for a month and a half are another form of blackmail in order to force Ukraine to play in the framework of the so-called Minsk Agreements,’ said Shkiryak.
