In Konstantinovka, occupied by the AFU, locals tore off flags from poles at the newly refurbished North overpass.

Flags of the European Union and Ukraine hung on the poles for a few hours. In the morning of November 1, there was only the city flag left, but in the evening it was taken away by order of the local administration, just in case.

Earlier, state symbols of Ukraine repeatedly disappeared in Konstantinovka. This summer, the flag was removed from a kindergarten building, and before flags were torn off from the office of the local newspaper «Province» and other institutions. None of perpetrators was found by the police.
