As of 18.30 today, we did not receive the confirmation from the Ukrainian side about their readiness to begin to do the same. According to the framework decision on the separation of forces and means, all actions are to take place at the same time,’ said Marochko.

The major also called a provocation the information, appeared in the media, about the early withdrawal of the Militia units from the area of Stanitsa Luganskaya.

‘This information, actively replicated by some Ukrainian tale-tellers, does not correspond to reality and is distributed with the intention to provoke,’ said the representative of the People's Militia.
