According to the NTV correspondent, Daniel Levin, the incident occurred around 14:00 during recording interviews with civilians in districts of Makeevka, shelled the previous night.

He said, ‘Fire was opened, there were plenty of civilians around, everyone had to fall to the ground’. 

To date, the TV crew has left the danger zone and is in a safe place. None of the journalists is affected. 

Earlier it was reported that Makeevka had come under fire by the Ukrainian military. As a result, two houses had been damaged, and another had been completely destroyed.
