On the morning of March 31, a French military ship U710 La Fayette, equipped with guided missile weapons, moored in Odessa (at the Sea Port). 

The La Fayette frigate, armed with eight anti-ship missiles and one Crotale CN2 anti-aircraft system designed to combat air targets, belongs to the NATO alliance.
