By the autumn, In Ukraine, it is planned to draft a bill on the free circulation of weapons, said Sergey Pashinsky, the chairman of the Verkhovnaya Rada Committee on National Security Issues, on the air of the Channel 5. 

‘My position is quite clear, I know that my colleagues are now writing the corresponding draft law, I am ready to sign it. I believe that the first step should be done. We should identify those categories of people whom we are not afraid to give short-barreled weapons: people who served without remarks in the army, people who served without remarks in the National Police, in the SBU,’ said Pashinsky. 

He noted that the bill could be submitted for discussion in the autumn.
