The Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, Alexander Turchynov said that the presidential decree on the recognition of certificates of Donbass Republics is equal to the RF secession from the Minsk process.

‘By signing this decree, Putin has legally recognized quasi-terrorist groups which, like a fig leaf, covered up the Russian occupation of a part of Donbass. This step of the Kremlin completely negates the Minsk process and is equal to Russia’s statement on seceding from it,’ said Turchinov, quoted by the press service of the National Security Council. 

Previously, Kiev experts warned that Turchinov was asking for a real deployment of the Russian troops, which so far have existed only in the imagination of Ukrainian propaganda.
