The President of Ukraine, Poroshenko held a meeting with heads of law enforcement agencies, during which they  discussed the situation in Avdeevka, reports the press service of the head of state. 

According to the president of the country, the shelling of residential areas with «Grads» and artillery can not be followed by negotiations on the possible lifting or easing of sanctions against Russia.

‘I would like to emphasize that in these conditions, after this behavior of the Russian fighters - today, for the first time in many days, «Grads» and mass shelling with large-caliber artillery were used against the civilian population and our units - if someone dares to speak about the lifting of sanctions, what else is needed in order to bring the aggressor to account?’ asked rhetorically Poroshenko. 

Well, finally the obvious has been officially recognized: the Ukrainians are dying en masse in Donbass now for the sake of prolonging sanctions pressure on Russia.
