At 12.40, in the area of ​​restoration works at the Donetsk filtration plant (DFP), a group of workers from the DPR Ministry of Emergency Situations and representatives of the Russian side of the JCCC, were shelled with small arms from the positions of the AFU. 

This was reported by the operational command of the DPR.
