The Zasyadko mine in Donetsk came under an attack by the Ukrainian military. 

The artillery struck at 5 am. A shell hit a substation, and at the moment, 270 miners are trapped underground. 

It also reported that the Kievsky district of Donetsk remains partly without electricity, water and heating.
