The Ukrainian troops opened fire at the Donetsk filtration plant (DFP).

From the positions of the AFU near Avdeevka, there were launched several mortar shells on the DFP area. 

‘Today, at 16:25, at the time when representatives of the OSCE mission and the Emergency Ministry were visiting the plant, the neighborhoods of the plant were shelled with 120mm mortars from the APU positions, with about seven mortar shells exploding near the plant,’ said the operational command of the DPR . 

"Once again, the AFU military do not respect the regime of silence, flagrantly violating the Minsk agreements,’ stressed the DPR military. 

According to the command, 12 members of the staff stayed to work at the plant, and at 16:35, after the departure of the OSCE mission, the AFU military resumed shelling with 82mm mortars.
