Bombing of Lugansk could be repeated: APU asked for the airfield «Severodonetsk»

02:43, 02.11.2016

The AFU, referring to considerations of military necessity, require that Yuri Garbuz, the Kiev-appointed governor of the Lugansk region, give in to the military the airfield «Severodonetsk» located near the town of the same name, which now serves as the administrative center of the Kiev-controlled part of the Lugansk region.

This information was published on their website by a group of anonymous hackers SPRUT (Octopus), which posted the hacked correspondence of the chief of the Lugansk military garrison with the governor of of the Lugansk region.

‘The SPRUT team received an interesting document in the mail [email protected] of the Operational Command of the AFU, in which the Ukrainian military of the Lugansk garrison, namely, their commander, Colonel Y.Populyaschenko, requests for a free transfer to the Defense Ministry of Ukraine of an airfield located near the town of Severodonetsk, 65 km away from Lugansk. This distance would allow a SU aircraft, placed on the airfield, to attack the city in about 6-7 minutes, taking into account the time to take off, climb and gain the cruise speed,’ said the statement on the website.

It is reported that the document is dated September 21, 2016.

The group of hackers SPRUT associates these requirements of the military with the information about the entry into service of the Ukrainian army of new stormtroopers and combat helicopters.

‘It is possible that in the near future, the Ukrainian army might try to repeat their bloody «feat» of June 2, 2014, with bombing the peaceful city center and killing civilians, including women and children. In addition, it certainly suggests that Ukraine ignores the Minsk Agreements and is preparing to intensify the punitive operation,’ says the statement of the group of hackers.
