The Ukrainian army breached the agreement to comply with the «regime of silence» at the Donetsk filtration plant (DFP), thus disrupting the joint inspection of it by Donetsk and Kiev. This was reported today in the operational command of the Republic. 

‘The inspection of the DFP is disrupted, the OSCE has just left its territory. Despite all the agreements, the «regime of silence» on the part of the AFU is not respected,’ says the report. 

The command noted that it had been a planned action of the Ukrainian military in order to prevent the normalization of the situation around the plant.
