The head of the Ukrainian Security Service department in the «Donetsk region», Vitaly Malikov is involved in the murder of the Hero of the DPR, Colonel Arsen Pavlov. It was stated by Alexander Zakharchenko, the Head of the DPR.

‘I'm ready to reveal the names of those involved in the murder of «Motorola». According to our data, Vitaly Malikov participated in the organization of Arsene's murder. He is the chief of the SBU in the «Donetsk region» and supervises the activities of subversive groups in Donbass,’ said Zakharchenko.

He emphasized that the DPR investigators have the complete list of those involved, but will not yet disclose it. Zakharchenko also stated that the killers are being identified, with this part of the investigation progressing.

‘I assure all of you that these people will be identified and found, and, at the request of Motorola’s guard’s father, we will pass these names to Abkhazia as well,’ added the Head of the DPR.
