President of Ukraine Poroshenko is artificially delaying the Minsk process, said the Head of the DPR, Alexander Zakharchenko.

‘The formula which was written in the Minsk Agreements - «all for all» - does not work. It does not work because the Ukrainian president and his authorities are helpless in this matter and artificially delaying the Minsk process,’ said the Head of the Republic.

He reminded that the DPR and LPR had given back two AFU POWs unilaterally, as a goodwill gesture. 

‘It's Angelica Presnyakova and Olga Svorak. We hope that the promise of the Ukrainian president, who promised us to give back 15 people by the holiday, will also be fulfilled,’ said Zakharchenko. 

He emphasized that Donbass is ready to accept all those who the Ukrainian authorities are willing to give back.

‘Meanwhile, our goodwill gesture shows that we, like no one else, are interested in in having all our boys back home. The formula «all for all» should be observed strictly. We are ready to talk with any robust forces, understanding that this is very important. We are open to a dialogue,’ said the leader of the DPR.

In this regard, he mentioned his meeting in Minsk with the MP of the Verkhovnaya Rada of Ukraine, Nadezhda Savchenko, during which prisoner exchange issues were discussed. 

‘We took Nadezhda Savchenko’s initiative and her proposal to change the process for the better, positively,’ said Zakharchenko.
