The President Poroshenko asked Germany to speed up the deployment of an armed OSCE police mission in Donbass.

'The President of Ukraine noted the importance of the deployment of an armed police mission in Donbas. The Head of State appealed to Germany as the presiding country in the OSCE with a request to speed up the development of appropriate proposals,' says the statement of the press service.

It is also reported that Poroshenko insisted on the need for the OSCE access to all sections of the border to stop the supply of weapons to the DPR and LPR.

In addition, today in a publication in the influential Kiev weekly "Zerkalo Nedeli", referring to the West's strategy in relation to the war in Donbass, it was written that, according to their data, 'talks about the appearance of an international police contingent on the territory of the LDPR have moved into the practical sphere'.
