The Ukrainian military shelled the area the Donetsk filter plant (DFP), while the station was inspected by the deputy head of the OSCE SMM, Alexander Hug. This was reported by the DPR operational command. 

‘The inspection of the DFP by Alexander Hug and the JCCC representatives, was held under shelling from the AFU. The fire was carried out with heavy machine guns and small arms, there were also recorded explosions of 82mm mortar shells,’ said a representative of the command. 

It is also noted that for security purposes, in the territory of the plant were not allowed the media representatives who came to cover the trip of the deputy head of the OSCE SMM.
