In 16.13, the area of ​​the locality of Krutaya Balka was shelled by the AFU with mortars. 

As a result, there were damaged power lines which supplied electricity to the Donetsk Filration Plant (DFP), Avdeevka and the Avdeevsky Coke-Chemical Plant. 

Representatives of the OSCE Mission were informed of this violation of the Minsk Agreements and asked to assist in the evacuation of DFP personnel. In response, representatives of the Mission reported that their working day had ended, and the DFP officers remained in the shelter at the plant.
