On 30 November, in the department of civil registration of the Kirovsky district of Donetsk city, there was held a ceremony of registration of the 10,000th baby born in the Donetsk People's Republic. To congratulate the Demidovs family on the registration of the newborn arrived the Deputy Chairman of the DPR People’s Council, Olga Makeeva, the MP of the DPR People’s Council, Jury Sivokonenko, as well as representatives of the DPR Ministry of Justice.

‘It's a great event because, despite all the difficulties and hardship, the parents make the decision to have the future! There is bound to be peace, and stability, and well-being!’ commented Olga Makeeva.

‘On July 27, 2015, the Republic started to issue certificates of the state registration of civil status acts of the Donetsk People's Republic, with our symbols and in Russian,’ said the head of the department of civil registration of the State Registration Chamber of the DPR Ministry of Justice, Tatiana Allahverdiyeva.
