Residents of Donetsk posted a video depicting three cars of the OSCE mission leaving the city. 

The author of the video mocks what is happening, noting that the representatives of the OSCE are too much in a hurry, and their departure looks more like fleeing. 

‘That's our valiant OSCE in Donetsk, One car, another, then one more - with a trailer already packed with their staff,’ he adds. 

The day before, the observers of the Special Monitoring Mission (SMM) of the OSCE in Ukraine documented the presence of tanks and multiple rocket launcher systems (MLRS) in Avdeevka controlled by the Ukrainian military.
