Ukraine is introducing a plan «Anti-shatun» («Anti-shaker»): the power has established the headquarters of struggle against the third Maidan. Anyone who is dissatisfied with the tariffs, prices, freedom of expression, the restriction of constitutional rights, is declared an agent of the Kremlin, and the patriots will sit quietly in their huts and curse Putin, as putting up tents, burning the police and seizung administrative building is no longer allowed!
Unlike the «tyrant» Yanukovych, Poroshenko’s regime immediately responded to the danger: mass social protests against the government's social genocide are planned for 15 and 19 November. Many have already received bills with unaffordable prices for utilities, and every day, there are more defrauded investors of the banks with Valeria Gontareva as the head of the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU). In brief, the soil is prepared for public performances, but the power is vigilant. It has already created a special «organizing committee» to suppress the protests.
It is headed by Alexander Turchynov, the Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council (SNBO), an expert on eliminating the dissent and one of the power generators of the coup three years ago. According to sources, the structure also includes Arsen Avakov, the Minister of Internal Affairs, Yuri Lutsenko, the Prosecutor General, Viktor Muzhenko, the head of the General Staff, representatives of the Security Service and intelligence, as well as the MP Sergey Pashinskiy, apparently, responsible for sniper rifles.
It looks like the guarantor of the Constitution is resolute and will not step back before shooting several hundreds of «zucchini». As they say, it is not for the first time. Later, the same Poroshenko will declare that it is the Kremlin that wants to destabilize the situation. Curiously enough, the security forces are grouped at a SNBO base, which means that they are initially preparing to use force against the «peace rally»: the current Maidan government will not stand on and, unlike the «criminal Panda», will begin to extinguish the fire in the bud.
Among the planned measures, there is the dispersal of the protests and the introduction of martial law in Kiev, if the situation goes into a military confrontation stage. The first meeting of the headquarters was held at the Bankovaya St on Sunday. According to the media, there were taken several decisions.
The police is ordered not to let transport with the protesters into the capital, that is, to stop all the buses and cars with protesters.
The Kiev authorities and security forces are ordered to prevent, by any means, installing the equipment and tents on the Maidan (Indepence square).
The municipality is to achieve through the court a ban on rallies in the capital.
Groisman has instructed all governors to not leave their regions, and to monitor the situation on the ground.
According to rumors, the AFU units are amassed near Kiev in order to deter the most persistent participants of the anti-Poroshenko «conspiracy».
The SBU is also instructed to cut the people off of TV and the Internet. The «Intertelecom», and its millions of users, have already been disabled; the authorities are preparing to close Savik Shuster's studio where he invites opposition politicians ...
MPs from the coalition factions (the Petro Poroshenko Block (BPP) and the People’s Front) are proposed to organize, out of athletes and private security employees, units that will help law enforcement officers to disperse the protests if required. The intelligence is entrusted with revealing the information about the «Russian trace» in the emerging protests. There is also a task to study the issue of cutting off television and radio.
If all these measures will have no effect, and the protest will turn into large-scale rallies with the blockade of administrative buildings, the security forces will receive an order to disperse the protests and arrest their leaders. To this end, it is planned to use units of the National Guard, the Armed Forces and the Special Forces of Ukraine. At the meeting, according to sources, the SNBO apparatus was instructed to prepare draft regulations on the introduction of martial law and a curfew regime in Kiev.
In a word, the current authorities, unlike Yanukovich, is not going to shamefully flee at the sight of «onizhedety» («Theyarejustchildren») or desperate «pensioners». On the contrary, the politicians who came to their high offices directly from the Maidan, will cling to power by any means, and will shoot another «Heavenly hundred» without any doubt, if necessary. A cornered rat always bites, and networks already voice warnings about the prudence and caution.
