Over the past day, the Armed Forces of Ukraine violated the ceasefire 50 times.
The enemy continued the violation of the Minsk Agreements, having launched on the territory of the Republic 311 82 and 120mm mortar shells, over a half of which (162 mortar shells) landed on the Avdeevka industrial zone.
The rest of the Kiev terrorists’ mortar shells landed in the area of the airport and the Petrovsky district of Donetsk city.
I urge residents of the front zone and the DPR military to take care when moving, due to the increased activity of the enemy snipers along the entire contact line. As a result of this fire, over the past day, one soldier of the Republic was killed.
The OSCE mission representatives continue to record violations of the Minsk Agreements by the Ukrainian side. In particular, in the monitoring report of April 11, there is noted another fact of shooting at an UAV by the AFU. Thus, with the build-up of prohibited weapons by the Ukrainian military along the contact line, the Ukrainian military command takes all measures to conceal these facts from the international community.
The Ukrainian command continues to recruit foreign military specialists to train the soldiers of the Armed Forces. According to our data, foreign instructors came to the zone of responsibility of the 25th separate infantry airborne brigade, to train the snipers of this brigade. In addition, we recorded the arrival of a unit of up to a platoon of the 130th separate missile battalion, to perform special tasks. All these facts indicate that the command of the Armed Forces continues to plan special actions and terrorist acts on the territory of the Republic, assimilating completely to the bloody killers and terrorists of the prohibited ISIS group.
I would also like to note the fact that, contrary to the statement of I. Krishtun, the Chief of the Main Department of the Law and Order Military Service, about the alleged decrease in drunkenness among the military in the ATO zone, these facts still exist, especially in the 53rd separate mechanized brigade which has been leading in terms of alcoholic beverages abuse in recent times. The growth of the facts of the crimes of the Armed Forces military in the ATO zone in a state of intoxication, testifies to the falsification, by the high-ranking officials of the «best European army», of statistical data on the reduction of the amount of consumed alcoholic beverages. In particular, according to our information obtained from the ATO headquarters and military units of the Armed Forces, the number of such crimes in the last quarter increased by 17% compared to the same period last year.
The Ukrainian side still does not have a variety of fantasy in attempts to discredit the DPR Armed Forces. According to our data, in the area of the locality of Avdeevka, before April 30, journalists of the leading Ukrainian TV channels, in cooperation with the head of the local police, will prepare staged reports aimed at convincing the population of Ukraine of the involvement of the DPR units in the shelling of the AFU-controlled territory. In this regard, I ask the residents of Avdeevka to register forgeries and upload to the Internet the materials that incriminate the Ukrainian authorities and the AFU military of provocations against their own people. These materials are attached to prosecuted criminal cases against war criminals of the Ukrainian law enforcement agencies.
In addition, it became known to us that today, at about 7 am, in the area of the ventilation shaft of the Butovskaya mine, an ammunition depot of the AFU was undermined. The reason was most likely to be non-compliance with security measures or a purposeful undermining of it to hide the next massive embezzlement. We are monitoring the situation, and when new data is available, we will inform the public. Nevertheless, the representatives of the Ukrainian media have already been tasked to present this fact as a provocation by the DPR Armed Forces.
