Over the past day, the Ukrainian occupation forces have increased the intensity of shelling the territory of the Republic.
In the Mariupol direction, the settlement of Petrovsky was attacked by the Ukrainian military. The Ukrainian terrorists from the 36th separate Marine brigade, led by the murderer A. Gnatov, shelled the settlement with grenade launchers of various types and small arms, including large-caliber weapons.
In the Donetsk direction, the military in the zone of responsibility of the 93rd separate motorized brigade, led by the war criminal Klochkov, continue to terrorize civilians. The targeted fire was again opened on residential quarters of Dokuchaevsk and the Petrovsky district of Donetsk. The enemy launched three 120-mm mortars, the bombardment was also conducted with anti-tank guided missiles, IFV weapons, grenade launchers of various types and large-caliber small arms.
A total of six violations of the cease-fire regime by the Ukrainian occupying forces was registered for the day.
Unfortunately, there were injured civilians. As a result of a cynical bombardment an elderly woman, Tubol Valentina Ivanovna, born in 1955, received multiple shrapnel wounds in the back, left thigh and left leg with large blood loss, she was promptly taken to the central hospital of the city of Dokuchaevsk. This fact is another proof of the genocide of civilians. In addition, there were damaged FIVE objects of civil infrastructure at the addresses: Travnevy alley, 8 and 10; \Donetskaya St, 48; Gornaya St, 21; Lenina St, 112. Thus, we can see the consequences of the decision of the UFO command on the withdrawal of the nationalist units from the zone of the operation, which in order to demonstrate their fighting ability and need, open fire on the settlements to provoke a return fire. We also draw your attention to the fact that, according to the daily reports of the occupying forces headquarters, the AFU is only responding to the shelling that allegedly takes place on our side. The statement of the Ukrainian command of July 17 did not document the bombardment of Dokuchaevsk, which confirms the latest false information distributed by the Ukrainian military command.
I would also like to note that in the DPR official statement of July 14, we drew attention to the fact of the suicide of a serviceman of the 2nd howitzer artillery battalion of the 92nd separate motorized brigade, who, carrying a service in the guards, committed suicide shooting himself to the head with AK-74 regular firearms. Not trusting the official reports of the UFO headquarters about the absence of irretrievable losses, some Ukrainian media conducted their own investigation which confirmed the fact published by us, in contrast to the official representatives of the Ukrainian military department. To date, the information about the incident is still missing at the website of the Ukrainian Defense Ministry, as well as the Military Prosecutor's Office. If the command of the occupation forces operation does not have this kind of information, we are ready to provide it to the Ukrainian law enforcement agencies on a daily basis, and then the Ukrainian public can receive objective information.
