The situation in the zone of responsibility of the LPR People’s Militia has not changed and remains tense.
Over the past day, the enemy seven times violated the ceasefire.
There were shelled the positions of our units in the area of the localities Sokolniki, Kalinovo, Frunze and Kalinovka. The AFU used in the shelling 82mm mortars, infantry fighting vehicles, anti-tank missile systems, grenade launchers and small arms. In total, on the territory of the Republic there were launched 287 shells. There were no casualties among the LPR People’s Militia soldiers.
Today, the Ukrainian side, once again, failed to comply with the conditions for the implementation of the Framework Agreement for the separation of the forces and means at the site number 1, in the area of the locality of Stanitsa Luganskaya. All the requirements of this agreement were observed on the part of the LPR People’s Militia. We are still ready for the separation of the parties, but this will happen only in a mirror manner.
The moral and psychological state of the AFU personnel involved in the zone of the armed conflict, remains low. According to our intelligence, in the AFU ranks, there continue to occur cases of non-combat losses. In particular, the command of the 24th brigade of the AFU is conducting an administrative investigation into the fact of a gunshot wound to a soldier in one of the units of the brigade in the locality of Popasnaya. The soldier was wounded as a result of careless handling of weapons in a state of strong alcohol intoxication. The fact is carefully hidden from the higher command.
Ukraine also continues to hide from the international observers the presence of prohibited weapons and equipment near the contact line. In their reports, representatives of the OSCE Mission have for a long time recorded a restriction of access of observers to the areas of the localities Popasnaya, Katerinovka, Zolotoye, Stanitsa Luganskaya and Schastye. These are the localities where we have repeatedly recorded a cluster of the enemy’s equipment. At the same time, according to our information, the «ATO» command sent instructions to the military units of the AFU in order to restrict the OSCE SMM representatives to military facilities of the Ukrainian army, to hide the facts of the presence of prohibited weapons there. As a recommendation, the commanders are encouraged to mislead the international observers by reporting false information about the danger on the route. The military allowing the Mission representatives to the areas where prohibited weapons are hidden, will be punished.
The LPR People's Militia does not weaken vigilance and gives priority to the security of the Republic.
We are aimed at a peaceful resolution of the conflict in Donbass and do not react to provocations from the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
