The Ukrainian armed forces have suffered losses in a failed attempt to attack the positions of the DPR armed forces in the area of Kominternovo on the southern front. This was stated by the deputy commander of the operational command of the Republic, Eduard Basurin. 

‘Yesterday, at 15:20, units of the National Guard and the regiment «Azov» of the enemy, attacked the units of the DPR armed forces in the area of the height «Derzkaya» near the locality of Kominternovo. Their losses amounted to five men killed and three wounded,’ he said. 

The deputy commander said that the enemy had been forced to retreat.
