Radicals of the punitive battalions «Donbass» and «Aydar», together with ATO «veterans» are preparing a total blockade of the Donbass Republics. This was announced by a soldier of the «Donbass», Evgeny Shevchenko, on his page in the social network.

According to him, the «veterans» have set an ultimatum to the authorities of the DPR and LPR, demanding the release of all Ukrainian prisoners. In the case of non-compliance, the radicals promised ‘drastic measures’ and ‘total blockade’ of the Republics.

Shevchenko also said that soon there would be created a ‘coordination headquarters’ for the organization of the blockade.

The day before, the Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, Alexander Turchinov spoke about the need of a complete isolation and cleansing of Donbass for a speedy end to the conflict.
