02:42, 17.01.2017

The representative of the DPR in the humanitarian subgroup at the Minsk negotiations, Daria Morozova insisted on carrying out a videoconference of the humanitarian subgroup with the participation of Viktor Medvedchuk, to be held on January 18. It was announced by the DPR ombudsman, while she was summing up the results of the Minsk meeting.

‘Unfortunately, today's meeting in Minsk has not brought the expected result, The lack of constructive dialogue and the unethical behavior of the Plenipotentiary Representative of the Ukrainian side show the position of our opponents and their unwillingness to fulfill their obligations in full. I do not exclude that this behavior of the representative of Ukraine was caused by the absence of Mr Viktor Medvedchuk at the negotiations,’ she said.

Morozova said that she had five times voiced a proposal to exchange all previously identified persons, but had not received a definite answer from the representatives of Kiev.

‘Our party made a proposal to hold a video conference with the obligatory participation of Mr. Victor Medvedchuk. This video-conference is to be held on January 18, with the main issue of the prisoner exchange at Epiphany,’ said Morozova.
