The Ukrainian nationalists announced the creation of a network of Russian extremists to undermine the situation in the Russian Federation. This was said by Dmitry Korchinsky, the former leader of the radical right-wing group UNA-UNSO banned in Russia and arrested in absentia in the Russian Federation for participation in the war in Chechnya on the side of separatists.

‘I am convinced that we must work deep into the Russian territory, we must finance the resistance in the Stavropol region, we must find resistance groups in Moscow. Over 20 years I have dealt with various Russian activists, as a rule, counter-system ones,’ he said. 

Korchinsky offers to use his old ties with the bandit underground in the Caucasus. 

‘Muscovites, in principle, are not capable of anything, it is possible only to do propaganda with their help. Caucasians are capable of something effective and substantial. They think like we do, while Muscovites are a different breed,’ said Korchinsky.
