The opening of the DPR Representation Center in Italy strengthens the position of the Republic on the international arena. This is said in the statement of the acting DPR Foreign Minister, Natalia Nikonorova.

'Yesterday, there was opened the second DPR Representation Center in the European Union. This is another step towards the strengthening of the position of the Donetsk People's Republic on the international arena, as the work of the center will be one of the most important elements of the interaction of our young Republic with other countries in the framework of the public diplomacy,’ she said.

The Foreign Minister added that the center in Italian Turin would serve as an important link between the peoples of the DPR and Italy, and would contribute to the strengthening of information, cultural and economic relations between the states.

‘On behalf of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the DPR and on behalf of all citizens of the Republic, we thank our associates who, in spite of all obstacles and difficulties, have been able to open the DPR Representation Centre in Italy,’ added Nikonorova.
