Ukraine refused the separation of the forces and means in the area of Stanitsa Luganskaya, planned for today, for unknown reasons. This was reported by Colonel Mikhail Filiponenko, the Acting Head of the LPR People's Militia Department. 

‘Today, the People's Militia was ready to withdraw their units in the area of the locality of Stanitsa Luganskaya under the control of the OSCE and JCCC, but the Ukrainian side refused to do this for some unknown reason,’ he said.

Earlier today, representatives of the LPR People's Militia, in the course of another attempt to start the separation of the forces and means, stipulated by the Minsk Agreements, launched a white warning flare, confirming its readiness to start withdrawing the units of the Republic.
