DPR social activists submitted 30 materials on AFU war crimes to International Criminal Court

The Public Commission for recording the war crimes of the Ukrainian authorities in Donbass has submitted to the International Criminal Court (ICC) in The Hague 30 materials containing evidence of crimes of the AFU. This was announced by the spokeswoman for the commission, lawyer Elena Shishkina at a press conference in Donetsk.

‘We passed the materials on 30 AFU crimes in Donbass. Of these, 20 are on torture of prisoners and 10 are on crimes against children. We were told that the materials would be taken into consideration,’ Shishkina said.

According to her, now the commission has gathered evidence of over a hundred crimes of the Ukrainian military in Donbass. 

Social activists organized trips to 70 crime scenes, interviewed about 300 witnesses - eyewitnesses and victims. There are plans to submit another 45 materials on the death and injury of children as a result of the shelling.
