The Speaker of the Verkhovnaya Rada, Andrey Paruby, said on the air of a Ukrainian television channel that the security agreement between Ukraine and the US, which could be signed, provides for the deployment of US military reserves on Ukrainian territory. 

‘It provides for the conduct of special operations, joint scientific and technical developments and even the deployment of military reserves of the United States of America in the territory of Ukraine,’ said Paruby. 

He also emphasized that the agreement ‘brings the cooperation of Ukraine and the USA to a new level’.
