The Head of the LPR, Igor Plotnitsky, at the joint meeting with the Head of the DPR, Alexander Zakharchenko, asked an interesting question to the Deputy Head of the Special OSCE monitoring mission in Ukraine, Alexander Hug: ‘Are you ready to die under the AFU shelling, but not admit that they violate?. 

‘I want the peace to come to both sides of the contact line. I'm not saying that I understand Ukraine, but I know that this conflict has conclusions. I have to support the Minsk Agreements,’ said Hug. 

The Deputy Head of the OSCE Special monitoring mission, Alexander Hug, has repeatedly come under the AFU attacks, but has refused to recognize that the Ukrainian side violates the Minsk Agreements.
