‘From November 4, the Kharkov police moved to the enhanced mode due to the increased threat of terrorism, announced by the SBU. The residents of Kharkov are recommended not to participate in any meetings, demonstrations and pickets, which may occur in the city from 4 to 20 November. There is information that they can be organized by pro-Russian forces in order to destabilize the region. People are asked to pay attention to suspicious objects, to be vigilant towards strangers who are trying to get into the entrances of apartment houses, attics or cellars,’ she said.
