Poroshenko made a special statement on the today’s introduction in the LDPR of the external administration in the enterprises of Ukrainian oligarchs in response to Ukraine's refusal to stop the blockade of Donbass, in spite of the ongoing Minsk Agreements.

Poroshenko announced his speech at a meeting in Kiev with the Foreign Ministers of Poland, Witold Waszczykowski, and the UK, Boris Johnson. 

‘There has taken place another gross and heinous violation of the international law,’ said Poroshenko, claiming that the Ukrainian assets ‘have been seized by Russia’. 

‘This is happening against the background of the actual introduction of these territories into the «ruble zone», gas and electricity deliveries from Russia, and the introduction of direct budget transfers,’ says the Ukrainian president's press service. 

Poroshenko also urged to impose sanctions against persons who will enter the management of the asset of the former Ukrainian oligarchs.
