A delegation consisting of the Russian representation of the Joint Center for Control and Coordination of the cease-fire (JCCC) and the deputy head of the OSCE SMM, Alexander Hug, came to the Donetsk filter plant for inspection. They were also accompanied by the Chief of Staff of the DPR Operational Command, Ruslan Yakubov.

According to Alexander Hug, the OSCE mission only documents violations of the ceasefire.

Only in December, the work of the Donetsk filter plant stopped twice because of attacks from the Ukrainian side. On December 1st, at a result of the shelling, the plant was de-energized, with the power supply restored only on December 4, as during the restoration repair crews several times came under the AFU sniper fire. After three days of the plant’s work, it was de-energized again and restored again only on December 10, with the restoration prevented again by attacks from the Ukrainian punitive battalions.
