The US President Donald Trump intends to drastically reduce financial assistance to developing countries, including Ukraine. This is reported by Foreign Policy with reference to the budget document and sources familiar with the situation. 

It is noted that, in accordance with the draft budget for March, the assistance to states is planned to be reduced by more than one-third. 

In particular, it was originally planned to allocate to Kiev about $ 570.9 million, but it was decided to reduce the amount of financing to $ 177.88 million, thus, the reduction will be 68.8%.
