OSCE Special Representative confirmed signing of document on Donbass
Martin Saydik, the OSCE Special Representative in the Contact Group on Ukraine, confirmed the signing of a document on the separation of forces on the contact line in Donbass.
‘Today I would like to share the joyful information. After a three-month efforts, today we have managed to agree on a framework document on the separation of forces and equipment,’ he told reporters in Minsk.
He explained that the document refers to three points in Donbass: Stanitsa Luganskaya, Zolotoye and Petrovsky.
‘This document has just been signed by the representatives of Russia and Ukraine, and initialed by the representatives of the Separate Districts of the Lugansk Region (SDLR) and the Separate Districts of the Donetsk Region (SDDR),’ said Saydik.
