The International Court of Justice denied Ukraine the demand to establish interim measures against Russia under the convention on combating the financing of terrorism.

Earlier, the UN court began to announce the decision on the suit of Ukraine against Russia. 

On January 16, Ukraine filed a lawsuit against Russia in the International Court of Justice in The Hague in the framework of the International Convention for the Suppression of the Financing of Terrorism and the International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination.
