Aleksander Turchinov, the secretary of National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine (NSDC), accused Russia of preparing to disrupt the Minsk Agreements. He made this statement in connection with the detention of saboteurs in the Crimea.

‘Putin's statement that Ukraine has begun terror against Russia, and that the Russians will not forgive us, indicates that Russia is preparing for a planned escalation of the situation and the failure of the Minsk Agreements,’ quotes Turchinov the press service of the National Security Council.
