The terrorist act on the explosion of the elevator in an apartment building in Donetsk, which resulted in the death of the commander of the DPR battalion «Sparta», Arsen «Motorola» Pavlov, and his guard, had been organized by Ukraine. 

It was stated by the MP of the Verkhovna Rada, the nationalist Igor Mosiychuk, on the TV channel 112. 

According to him, he personally knows the person who executed the order for the liquidation of Motorola. 

‘I affirm that I clearly know, though I can not say the names, that Motorola was liquidated by the Ukrainians, that the Kremlin's cleanup has nothing to do with this ... I have said this many times that he was liquidated by the Ukrainians. However, I can not, of course, say their names,’ said Mosiychuk.
