The information, announced by the deputy commander of the DPR operational command, Eduard Basurin, a few days earlier, that due to the outbreak of the disease in the Ukrainian army, mass checks for HIV and AIDS are being carried out among the Ukrainian military, is confirmed. This was reported by the so-called «ATO» headquarters. 

The Ukrainian command stated that ’ for the needs of the medical service, 60,000 units of immunochromatic single-stage tests have been donated on a gratuitous basis to the ATO region’.
