International observers of the process of organizing and conducting the early voting at all its stages continue arriving in Donetsk. One of them is the international observer Arthur Leyer, who arrived from the Federal Republic of Germany.

‘We often hear from the Western media that the elections in Donetsk are dishonest and unfair. Such propaganda is especially spread in Germany where I come from. I decided to see its falsity for myself. I've only been in Donetsk a few days, but I already have a good impression. I saw how the Provisional Election Commission works. I am well versed in democratic procedures, and understand what is happening here. What I saw fully complies with the European procedures. The Commission is working in series, discussing the issues several times. People are trying to make everything clear and transparent,’ said Arthur Leyer.
