In the framework of the humanitarian program for the reunification of the people of Donbass, at the checkpoint «Stanitsa Luganskaya», the only checkpoint between the territory controlled by the authorities of Ukraine and the Lugansk People's Republic, a mobile aid center for residents of the Lugansk region controlled by Kiev, has begun operations. 

‘Today, the fifth point of payment has been opened, this is the point at the checkpoint «Stanitsa Luganskaya». What is noteworthy is that today the next payment has been made at this point ... a trusted person came to us from that territory behind the contact line,’ said the Minister of Labor and Social Policy, Svetlana Malakhova. 

The Minister specified that at the moment about 350 people had applied to the hotline for the consultation. In his turn, the Acting Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers, Alexander Drobot, who was present at the opening, specified that at this point residents of territories under Ukraine's control could also receive any advice regarding the approved program.

According to him, all the citizens who come to the territory of the Republic and apply for help within the framework of this program, will be provided with full security.
