The official representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Mariyan Bets, said that the agency is in favor of introducing a visa regime with the Russian Federation. 

‘In general, we support it and believe that even a visa will not be enough to control the border, because visas are just one of the elements. Perhaps, in the future, in the broad perspective, the introduction of entry will be exclusively based on biometric passports with visas, with registration in migration services, like in the same Russia where it is necessary to register within three days,’ said Betza on the air of a Ukrainian television channel.
