Russia opened a case against Ukrainian doctor-killer boasting murdering wounded militiamen

The Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation has filed a case against the Ukrainian doctor who previously boasted killing the wounded militiamen while he was working as a doctor in Donbass.

It was reported by the press service of the Investigative Committee.

As the official representative of the IC Vladimir Markin said, the case was filed by the article of incitement to the use of prohibited means and methods of warfare.

The investigation revealed that, in an interview with the local media, doctor Alexander Chernov from Enakievo of the Donetsk region of Ukraine called on doctors to provide the wounded in the ceasefire violation with inadequate medical care, in particular, to treat them with drugs that do not give recovery.

‘I think in this situation it makes little sense to talk about the basic moral and ethical foundations of medicine. Such behaviour goes far beyond medical ethics and clearly falls under the criminal law prohibitions. If it is not understood at home of this so-called doctor, then we can only sympathise with his fellow countrymen,’ said Markin.
