In the evening, the Ukrainian military shelled the western outskirts of Donetsk and the neighborhood Yasinovataya with artillery, tanks and mortars. This was reported by a source in the DPR security agencies. 

‘From 18:00 to 01:00, the Ukrainian side was shelling the localities Trudovskiye, Staromykhaylovka and Alexandrovka in the west of Donetsk and the territory of the industrial zone near Yasinovataya with tank, 122 and 152mm artillery, and 82 and 120mm mortars,’ the report says.

The source noted that during this period of time, from the position of the Ukrainian units, there were launched 129 artillery and mortar shells. Along with heavy weapons, during the shelling of the front-line areas of the Republic, the AFU used infantry fighting vehicles, grenade launchers, heavy machine guns and small arms.
